Hi! I'm Mikaela, a passionate sleep consultant, proud mom to an energetic little boy named Coast, and a California native. My journey into the world of sleep consulting began with a passion for helping families create peaceful nights and joyful days. I believe that healthy sleep patterns are the foundation for happy connections between parents and their little ones.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. My choice to dive into ABA was driven by my desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. I truly believe that the memories we create during the early years shape our little ones' futures, and I’m here to help you build those beautiful moments.
