While sleep training can significantly improve your child’s sleep habits, it doesn’t guarantee that they will sleep perfectly forever. Sleep patterns can change due to various factors, including growth spurts, developmental milestones, and changes in routine. The goal of sleep training is to establish a strong foundation for healthy sleep habits, which can be built upon as your child grows. If you purchase my 2 week plan, you will receive a graduation packet full of expert tips and tricks on how to navigate future sleep issues that may arise as your child grows!

Every child is unique, and not all children respond to sleep training in the same way. While many families see positive results, some children may take longer to adjust or may not respond as expected. It’s important to remember that I provide personalized support and strategies tailored to your child’s specific needs. However, I cannot offer refunds, as I cannot determine the effectiveness of the training without observing the process. Together, we’ll explore various approaches to find what works best for your family! It’s important to remember that the sleep training techniques I use are backed by research and sleep science, providing evidence-based strategies tailored to your child’s specific needs. So being patient and remaining hopeful is so important!

No, you don’t have to give up nursing to sleep forever! Many parents choose to continue nursing as a source of comfort and bonding with their child. Sleep training can be tailored to accommodate your nursing routine, allowing you to find a balance that works for both you and your little one. The goal is to establish healthy sleep habits while respecting your choices as a parent. You can gradually introduce other sleep associations if you wish, but nursing can remain a part of your bedtime routine once your child has developed the ability to self soothe if that’s what you prefer!
